COMMISSIONING OF AMAZING GRACE MULTIPURPOSE HALL IN KIRIKIRI FEMALE PRISON


Amazing Grace Penticostal Church, Worldwide on September 10, 2011 at the Women prison in Kirikiri commissioned the multi-purpose hall it built and officially handed it over to the prison authorities. Some female inmates display some of their works at the occassion: They aquired the skills in prison custody.


Commissioning of the Multi-purpose Hall was done by the representative of the deputy governor of Lagos State, Dr. Tunde Opeibi with the microphone, to his right is Akinwale Folashade Olukemi, deputy Comptroller in charge of female prison, to his left is Bishop Chioma Grace Dauji and Apostle Edward Baba Dauji.

The prison authority disclosed that seven children live with their mothers in prison. This young baby carried by the mum is one of them.
