A DUMPSITE OR A DRAINAGE SYSTEM.

This is a drainage system in Obafemi Awolowo way Ikeja Lagos Nigeria. It was obviously designed to allow free flow of water, but unfortunately, it has been turned into a dumpsite by Lagosians. This photograph was taken on September 23,2011.
