TRANING ON CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

John Tschohl president of quality service institute, a global leader in customer service and the author of a book called achieving excellence through customer care,in collaboration with Howes consulting Limited,held a training workshop today June 28,2011 at Raddisson Blu hotel,Ozumba Mbadiwe drive Victoria Island Lagos Nigeria. The title of the training program was Customer Relationship Management.The purpose of the training was to equip customer relationship personnels of organisations on how to manage their customers in a caring way that such customer will always want to come back.
