A CHALLENGED PERSON, ADDING VALUE TO THE SOCIETY

Traffic in Lagos is nothing to write home about because road is the only means of transportation. The railway is not functional, likewise our waterways, thus making the roads congested. We have traffic wardens whose primary responsibility is to control traffic on the road, but at Olowu in Ikeja the capital of Lagos in Nigeria, on April 12, 2012 a physically challenged man was seen controlling traffic to ensure orderliness in the ever busy area of Lagos even though he`s not paid, thus adding his own quota to the success of the society. Picture shows the challenged man controlling traffic at Olowu in Ikeja Lagos Nigeria on April 12, 2012.
